Sehr dünnes Holz, aber sieht schick aus

Die Verarbeitung der Truhe wirkt leider nicht besonders wertig, aber auch nicht "billig". Insbesondere das Holz an den Außenwänden ist wirklich sehr dünn, was dazu führt, dass die Truhe an sich nicht sonderlich stabil aussieht.Als Geschenk mit einem nicht all zu schweren Inhalt funktioniert sie allerdings wunderbar und sieht auch schön aus. Natürlich kann man bei dem Preis kein 0,5cm dickes Echtholz erwarten oder eine Tragfähigkeit jenseits von 10Kg .... doch "ein bisschen mehr" hatte ich mir schon erhofft.Das mitgelieferte "Schloss" ist auch eher ein "Spielzeug", da die Truhe ohnehin mit einem kleinen Schraubenzieher "aufzubrechen" wäre und dient eher der Optik :)Grundsätzlich bin ich dennoch zufrieden - sie eignet sich super um ein Geschenk "zu verstauen/verstecken", aber man sollte beim Bestellen keine höchste Qualität und Stabilität erwarten. Hier wird man sich definitiv im höheren Preissemgent umsehen müssen

Sehr dünnes Holz, aber sieht schick ausVery thin wood but looks chic

Unfortunately, the processing of the chest does not look particularly valuable, but also not cheap. The wood on the exterior walls in particular is really thin, which means that the chest itself does not look particularly stable. However, it works wonderfully and looks beautiful as a gift with not too heavy content. Of course, you cant expect 0.5cm thick real wood at the price or a load capacity beyond 10 kg... but I had already hoped for a little more. The included lock is also more of a toy, as the chest would break open with a small screwdriver anyway and serves more of the look:) Basically Im still satisfied - its great for stowing/hiding a gift, but you shouldnt have the highest quality and expect stability. Here you will definitely have to look around the higher price ement

Gute Truhe für ein Breakout - mit HilfsmittelnGood chest for a breakout - with tools

I bought this chest for an eduBreakout, an escape game for class. Unfortunately, the specially purchased hasp does not fit into the lock mechanism of the chest, so I first attached an additional padlock to which I then close the hasps. I then hide the key for the padlock from the children (e.g. on the bottom of the chest). Overall, I have to agree with my pre-reviewers: The chest is pretty, makes a good impression, but is also worked quite thin. But its enough for my purposes, so 4 stars.
